Director and owner Matt Wren, M.S., P.T., treats patients with acute and chronic injury of the spine, knee, shoulder, foot, ankle and TMJ; post-surgical rehab; posture retraining; and sports injuries related to swimming, running, cycling and ball sports. He is nationally recognized for his work in the area of core and shoulder stabilization for swimmers, and speaks across the country on the subjects. Wren received his Master of Science from Old Dominion University and a BS from The University of Virginia.

Christopher Thoene, P.T., D.P.T., received his B.A. in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. He has seven years of experience working with patients with orthopedic movement disorders and neurological disorders. His continuing education has focused on topics related to sports medicine, the shoulder, and the spine. 

Matthew Schnackenberg, MPT received his B.S. in physical education with concentrations in health/fitness and athletic training from Frostburg State University and Masters of Physical Therapy from Concordia University Wisconsin. He has 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics working with a variety of pathologies. His greatest reward in the field is working with people of all ages in order to help restore them back to their highest level of functioning.

Chuck Silvers, L.P.T.A. has been a physical therapy professional since 1985. A graduate of Northern Virginia Community College, he has substantial experience with senior physical therapy, particularly with balance therapies. His background in general orthopedics, acute care rehab and home health makes him a well-rounded member of our physical therapy staff.

Megan Sisson, L.P.T.A. received her B.A. in psychology from Randolph-Macon College in 1994. She also studied massage therapy at the Institute of Massage Therapies and received her A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant degree from John Tyler Community College in 1999. She has extensive experience with general orthopedics and rehab.
